O pavilhão móvel pré-fabricado da LIRI traz uma nova vitalidade à Feira Internacional de Comércio de Serviços da China, mostrando ao mundo uma China aberta e inclusiva
The 2020 China International Service Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Trade Fair”) was grandly held at Beijing National Convention Center Olympic Avenue from September 4th to September 9th. The predecessor of the Service Trade Fair was the Beijing Fair. It has been held for 8 consecutive years and it’s the only international and national comprehensive exhibition in the field of China’s service trade. Chairman Xi Jinping has also addressed the exhibition via video. Compared with previous years, the scale of this service trade fair is larger. In addition to the main exhibition hall of the National Convention Center, the entire project has built a high-standard outdoor aluminum alloy assembly temporary exhibition hall of more than 71,000 square meters around the Beijing Olympic Landscape Avenue.
Designs and Colors
The exterior facade and color of the temporary outdoor exhibition halls were collaborated by several major design institutes. The roof and sidewalls of the tents were covered by the digital printing rainbow gradient. The warm and cold colors effectively distinguished the exhibition halls. Along the central axis of the Olympic Landscape Avenue, there were 5 mountain-shaped “welcoming doors”. The color extended to each exhibition hall, corridor, and welcoming door and integrated into one unit, formed a “one door one scene” visual. Such a visual feast demonstrated China’s sincerity in promoting economic recovery and opening up cooperation after achieving results in the fight against the epidemic.
One-stop Venue Space Service
This was the first time Liri Tent participated in this project as a partner. Liri has completed the construction of more than 20,000 square meters of outdoor temporary structures, including exhibition halls, corridors, and other functional buildings. The exhibition halls all adopted Thermos Roof tents, span width reached 40 meters. In addition, one-stop service with complete supporting facilities such as air-conditioning, lighting, flooring, and fabric digital printing was also provided by Liri. In order to prevent and control the epidemic, each exhibition hall has equipped with open-able mesh windows. Although those were temporary pavilion structures, all construction standards were in accordance with fixed buildings. All building structures and materials met the wind resistance safety standards and flame retardant requirements, provided a safe and secure exhibition space for the trade fair.
960m Modular Corridor Design
The modular structure corridors on both sides of the exhibition hall have been the unique design at the Service Trade Fair, also the first time the concept of corridors being introduced in the Chinese domestic exhibitions. The 960-meter-long corridors were designed, manufactured, and installed by Liri Tent. The corridors ran through the entire Olympic Landscape Avenue by their regular shapes and gradient rainbow colors, which made the entire avenue fresh, bright, and full of vitality. Became the most beautiful scenery line of this exhibition. Besides, the corridor provided a space for audiences to shade from the rain and to get rest.
LIRI teamwork
At the Service Trade Fair, Liri Tent sent a professional and efficient executive team of 40 people. They overcome the difficulty of high temperature and rainstorm during the construction process and fully cooperated with authority and cooperative units at all levels to fight together for 35 days. From July 10th to August 14th, the large-scale construction of outdoor temporary structures has been completed with high cooperation, coordination, and professionalism ensured the smooth and successful opening of this international exhibition event. For the entire Liri company, the Service Trade Fair was a leap-forward improvement in technology and skills, and also a challenge and encouragement for the team.
